I know I haven't posted in a looooong time, but the past couple days have been so good, I had to express my excitement. So...
First, my mom was telling people at her work that about the party I had (they do that a lot. It's almost as if they don't do any work. BUt they probably do sometimes. Whatever). Anyway, her friend Sarah told her this elaborate story about how her husband worked for the fire department and gave presentations with on eof the fire department's projectors but when he tried to give it back, they said it wasn't thiers so he kept it. But, she said, a)they never use it, b)she wasn't sure where it was, and c) it might not work.
*Skip ahead a couple days*
She not only has the projector, she brought it in to give it to my mom because she has no use for it. And, I might add, it does work...very nicely. So now, I have a working projector of my own, for movie showing purposes and other such stuff.
Next, or second (whichever you prefer), my mom got her new red Mini Cooper. This means two things: 1) I can now drive around in a neato red Mini Cooper sometimes, and 2) (which, I might add, is more important) the Subaru is now mine. Yayyyyyy! And I drove part way home from Massachusetts today in the Mini Cooper, which was amazing.
That leads me to my final event of amazingness. Today, my mom and I went into Boston with my aunt (who lives nearby) and took a tour of Emerson College. I love it there. It is without a doubt my top college of choice. Great location. Great people. Great courses. Just overall...GREAT! So I'm very excited about that.
Well, that basically covers it. Afterwards, we went out to a good North End Italian lunch, which I might add was most excellent. So, the past couple days have rocked. Other than meeting up with Matt Bellamy, I can't see how they could get much better.
Oh yeah, I'll be getting a video camera soon. :-) x 2384290837
